mindfulspace

I am still struggling with sitting meditation and intrusive thoughts in the quietest, most perfect meditation space.. so am in awe of those who can achieve a walking meditation. I wonder.. is it possible in a busy city or does one need to be in some kind of beautiful untouched wilderness? Also, how do you monitor what is internal/external in such a busy and (let’s face it) toxic environment.

I’ve been learning from the Master.. sounds simple, right? 😉

“walking is not a means but an end by itself” – so no meditation on my morning commute, but I can still bring mindfulness to my steps and breathing.
